Join us at the Iselin Branch Library on Thursday, April 18 at 7PM to Meet the Author: Sarada Chiruvolu! Sarada will be discussing her autobiographical book, Home at Last. Home at Last tracks Sarada’s spiritual quest for self-realization in the midst of a successful pharmaceutical career. Sarada details how she found a way to incorporate her spiritual discipline into her everyday life with her family. Sarada’s story serves as a guide for modern spiritual seekers who are interested in engaging in meditation and spiritual practice.

In her book she addresses common obstacles that most people face during meditation and gives simple techniques that one can use to progress in any type of spiritual practice and become more effective. She provides sign posts of progress based on her direct experience and talks about some essential tools one can use to enhance their practice.
