Join us at the Woodbridge Main Library on Thursday, April 11 at 6PM to take part in our Yoga for Beginners Workshop! Yoga has been used to relieve stress, anxiety, and tension. It can be beneficial to the mind and body by promoting a more relaxed and comfortable state of being. Representatives from the Isha Foundation will provide an introduction to yoga and its benefits. They will also guide participants, teaching them simple yoga postures. Participants will leave this workshop with techniques that they can easily use at home!
