In this busy, fast-paced world, peace seems like an elusive commodity.  Please join Jim Rose, a longtime meditator, for this engaging workshop.  He has been giving programs on meditation in various parts of the country for many years.  Jim will offer effective, techniques that can reduce stress, enhance relaxation,  promote inner growth and improve our physical mental and spiritual health.  He will also include a short meditation sitting.  Begin the New Year with meditation and join Jim as he invites you on this journey.
