this engaging workshop on how to use the practice of meditation to incorporate more love and peace in your life which in turn will have a profound transformation on your overall well-being. Learn how to let go of anger, fear and worry in order to create

Jim Rose, M Ed., Rutgers University, is a retired executive of a fortune 100 company. He
has 35 years of experience in Human Resources management, employee development and conflict resolution. Jim currently gives workshops and training to groups throughout the world where he connects meditation and spiritual development to important aspects of
our lives. He has been meditating for over 40 years and now focuses much of his time on his own spiritual development and in helping others who wish to do the same.
