This program will connect you with a Certified Assistor Counselor to help you with your personal health insurance needs.

Gabrielle Escribano is the Bilingual ACA Outreach Coordinator & Certified Assistor Counselor from New Jersey Citizen Action Education Fund. She has years of experience working in the non-profit and social services sector, and is a passionate advocate for educating the public about the available assistance programs available to them.
