SRP - Virtual - The Adorable and Absurd History of Presidential Pets

7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Event Details

A lot of animals have lived in the White House over the last 235 years. The Presidential Pet Museum is dedicated to telling their stories. Tonight, hear some of the most amazing anecdotes, followed by a Q & A session.

Andrew Hager is the historian-in-residence at the Presidential Pet Museum. Prior to that, he taught middle school social studies for nearly a decade. Andrew knows firsthand the importance—legally blind, he travels with a black Labrador guide dog named Sammy.
