Coach Kal is owner and founder of Motivate One Fitness a personal training and Health Promotion Company.  He is passionate about wellness and enjoys working with people along their fitness journey.  With over 20 years of experience in health and wellness industry, he is a seasoned personal trainer having worked out of several gyms and corporate fitness centers as a health and fitness specialist. A Police Sergeant in his 17th year of service he continues to champion wellness initiatives to improve officer’s well being and is a contributing writer on a variety of fitness topics for NJ Blue Police magazine.

Coach Kal is currently working on his first book entitled, “In Pursuit of a Better You.”
