Event Details

Enjoy free screenings of short films, each created by New Jersey residents or natives. These films are each up to 15 minutes in length, The viewings will be followed by a Q&A with the filmmakers. 

Scheduled Short Films currently include: 

"Hormones Unite Teaser," 5 minutes: A cookie that cures the symptoms of menopause is a Godsend to all women until Congress stops production due to a "secret" ingredient. Women around the country are outraged and now it's Hormones versus Congress! 

"Interpretations," 10 minutes. A concert director doesn't realize her star player is right in front of her.

"Celebrity Roommate," 9 minutes: A Philadelphia resident must grant access to her home for 30 days to professional Swiss Alps climber, Chaz Brie, in the interest of a reality show... and to pay her rent.

"The Binge," 4 minutes: When it's made well, you can't watch just one episode of the greatest series on television!

Please bring a non-perishable food donation for M.C.F.O.O.D.S to the screening. Some of the most needed nonperishable foods and necessities include rice, tuna fish, peanut butter, vegetables, canned meats, beans, soup and pasta, as well as personal products, baby items and paper goods.
